14-Day Returns Policy:

At Ahlen Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your jewellery, we offer a 14-day returns policy. Please follow these simple guidelines for a smooth return process:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order at AhlenJewellery@gmail.com. Our team will send you a return label for returning your order.

  2. Packaging: Securely pack the jewellery in its original packaging, ensuring it is in unworn and unused condition. Make sure to include the packing slip and attach the return label provided to you.

  3. Shipping: Ship the package at your nearest post office.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. Provided  it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

  5. Refund or Exchange: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Please note:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all included gift packaging that was sent to you.
